

Briefly about the project
We developed a strategy for acquiring new customers in foreign markets (with a particular focus on the Persian Gulf states) and support for the recruitment of new candidates for BestMaven, a consulting company. We also refreshed its visual identity by designing a new layout for the website and some modern advertising materials.
Implementation
We prepared a comprehensive social media strategy. The promotional campaign included paid targeted campaigns, which were subject to constant analysis and presented to the customer as transparent summaries. Our activities were carried out both in Poland and abroad (Europe and the Middle East).

Thanks to the effective use of marketing tools, we made it easier for our customer to expand into new markets and strengthen its position in previously entered areas.
When preparing the new recruitment strategy, we paid a lot of attention to auditing the target groups, since our target was people from different age groups
(the language of communication was different for Millenials than for professionally active people who do not seek jobs – we had to reach them through other channels).
In addition, we carried out an E-PR campaign, working with aviation industry bloggers and influencers – as a result our customer received more than 100 applications for a cabin crew job within 6 days.

To refresh our customer’s image, we designed a modern website, modified the texts for SEO (search engine optimization), and created an intuitive, advanced search engine. We also provided continuous graphic support for creating new advertising materials (including business cards, brochures, and presentations) in several languages.
Our operations, which included regular and broad activities in social media, further reinforced by the WOMM campaign, resulted in increased sales of agency services and increased recruitment, while by refreshing its image BestMaven emphasized that it is a modern, professional HR agency.
